Right of Withdrawal (Online or Phone Orders)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason.

Refunds will be issued using the same method as your original payment.

Products will be accepted for return only if:

  • They were purchased via our website or telephone orders.

  • They are not perishable or products that may expire quickly.

  • They are not customized or made-to-measure (e.g., sold by the meter or cut-to-size products like wood, chain, etc.).

  • They do not fall under the exceptions listed in the Cyprus Consumer Protection Law of 2021 for exercising the right of withdrawal.

If you choose to return products under this right, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Incorrect or Defective Product Returns

If you receive a product that is:

  • Different from what you ordered (wrong type or quantity), or

  • Defective

You may return it to us for inspection.

If the return is confirmed to be valid:

  • We will cover the costs of both returning the item to us and sending a replacement back to you, provided that our suggested return method is used.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from a purchase, please email the following information to info@oikodomein.eu:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Date of Purchase

  • Items you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional)

We will guide you through the return process once your request is received.

Purchases Made In-Store

For items purchased in-store (physical presence at our premises):

You may return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided:

  • The original receipt or gift receipt is presented.

  • If the purchase was made using a privilege card, the card and cardholder ID must also be shown in person.

  • The product is unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and unused.

  • The product is not a:

    • Personalized or cut-to-measure item

    • Perishable or short-expiry product

    • Health-related item

    • Lamp or LED device

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
